Charlie's first experience with grass...

Today Charlie had her first experience with grass. And by grass, I mean grass. No euphamism, no lingo, just lush green garden grass (seriously, she's only six months old...). She loved it - it made her giddy and giggly and after all that fresh air, a little peckish.

After a long, cold winter, Charlie is really enjoying every minute she spends outside. From the park to the backyard, it's as if with every layer of clothing she sheds, she acquires a new perspective on the world. Or maybe that was just the grass too...

Did we mention that Charlie can sit? Check her out! It's getting hard to keep track of all her new skills. Clearly she's very advanced. Objectively. Well, gifted really.

With her mom getting ready to head back to work, Charlie has some serious baby-Daddy time in her immediate future. Bring on the park, bring on the sun, bring on the grass, bring on summer!
